PuffingNow reviews product issue claims for eligible 21+ customers where the issue is reported promptly and supported by useful evidence. Disposable vape and device products can be affected by storage, handling, transport conditions and user treatment, so each request is assessed on its facts.
Evidence required
- Order reference or account email.
- Product name, flavour and brand category.
- Clear photos or video showing the issue and packaging.
- Batch or authenticity details where available.
- Description of storage and when the issue was first noticed.
What may not be covered
Warranty-style support may not apply to misuse, damage after delivery, opened or tampered packaging, incorrect storage, normal depletion, flavour preference, unauthorised repair, missing evidence or products purchased outside PuffingNow.
Outcome options
Depending on review, PuffingNow may offer troubleshooting guidance, replacement, credit, refund or no action. We reserve the right to request return of the item where practical and permitted before finalising a review.
