Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and refunds are reviewed case by case for eligible 21+ customers and trade enquiries.

Because PuffingNow supplies adult product categories where stock condition, packaging integrity, age handling and delivery status matter, return and refund requests must be reviewed before any item is sent back. Do not return products without written approval from PuffingNow.

When a review may apply

  • You received the wrong item compared with the confirmed order details.
  • An item appears damaged on arrival and evidence is supplied promptly.
  • A product issue is reported with clear photos, batch details if available and order information.
  • A fulfilment or stock error is confirmed by PuffingNow.

Non-returnable situations

We may refuse returns for opened, used, altered, tampered, missing, incorrectly stored or unauthorised returned products. Change-of-mind requests, flavour preference issues and delays outside our control may not qualify for refund or replacement.

How to request help

Email [email protected] with your order reference, product name, photos, packaging images and a clear description of the issue. Keep all packaging until the review is complete. PuffingNow may request further evidence before deciding whether refund, replacement, credit or no action is appropriate.
